Aromatherapy or hypnotherapy is a great method of medicine.  It is an effective treatment that is less abrasive and will make the body and mind heal in a safer and more natural way.  Essential oils and the plants that they come from is what aromatherapy is all about.  These oils are most effective in healing health and mental problems that can happen in anyone.

Essential oils are a good way to treat common problems because they are natural.  They have little or no side effects to worry about.  Our bodies will better understand these oils and this will create a better balance that will bring energy and life to a person and their well being.

These essential oils should not really be applied directly to the skin.  They should be diluted and used in a bath or massage.  You may also want to use them in a diffuser, which will send wonderful and healing scents through the air.

When smelling these oils this is a great remedy.  They will open up your membranes and make your body and mind come alive.  Some oils are not safe for pregnant women and it is important to make sure that they are not in contact with them.  Getting a doctor's approval first is recommended before they are used.

Lavender is great for cuts and burns.  You can use a few drops into the bathwater to reduce any allergy problems that your body may have.  You will feel soothed and headaches will be treated when you use a few drops in a warm bath.

Peppermint is a great idea to use for mental clarity.  You can also use it for your feet.  It is a great healing method that wills sooth and calms the feet.  You can also use peppermint for toothpaste.  This is a great way to make your own and save some money at the same time.

Tea tree is great for healing bleeding gums.  You can also apply it directly to the skin to treat warts, ringworm and even athlete's foot.  This is a great remedy that will help anyone that has these disorders without the harsh chemicals that are found in other medicines.
